![]() Worldwalker Games' Wildermyth gets closer to that goal than most. TLDR: When using the devMode tools, in the Aspects Tab, there are Aspects I might eliminate and then shall reappear after the next loading screen.A truly dynamic story is a goal game designers have strived toward for decades. So my question is, I am using the devMode tools wrong? Is there an extra step to make sure that it has been completely eliminated? And after some extra test on that matter, I find out it was not just with the class, there are many changes that can be done but after 1 loading, everything that was eliminated, is back in the Aspects. Even things I added for the testing and don't need them anymore reappear. So I have to eliminate them back to keep testing. So here is when the problem comes, whenever I have a scene, or almost anything that makes the games load, these "Aspects" that I eliminated, with the devMode tools, reappear. Later, I realize that the best way to add one new class is actually make your hero a farmer again so you get to pick it as intended. In order to do that I had to eliminate every trait of it's original class and add the other. In order to test how well one Theme goes with each class, I decided to take one hero that already had that Theme and, with the devMode tools in Aspects, change its class. Now, I have been doing some testing of Themes and classes, it has been interesting but I ran into a problem. So, first of all must say this game is so far great and I'm looking forward to see it's further development.
